The room is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house on 620 m² of land in a quiet residential neighborhood, directly on the northern outskirts of Düsseldorf. Free parking is available in the public street space (Spielstrasse). Non-smoking household, one cat. Use of the eat-in kitchen and garden is included. Washing machine for a 5 euro fee per wash. The guest has a room of 23 m² and a bathroom right next to it of 5 m² to themselves. He/she may also use an area of 52 m² (kitchen-living room and corridors). Guest access The guest rents a room in a single-family home, i.e. the landlord is present in the house. The guest has his room and the bathroom to himself. The large eat-in kitchen and garden are shared. Arrivals after 10 pm must be agreed with the landlord before renting. There is underfloor heating here so you don't get cold feet even on socks. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed in the garden. If you would like to receive a visit, please let me know beforehand. The rented room and bathroom will not be cleaned by me during your stay. Bed covers and towels can be taken out for washing once a week at no extra cost. For stays longer than a week, the guest empties their own wastebaskets and also provides their own toilet paper.
