Casa María 1 Retreat

I welcome you to Casa María 1, a small and perfect house to disconnect and relax in the countryside. Enjoy a good Puerto Rican coffee and take a nap outdoors in a comfortable lounge chairs. Cool off in the private pool or the bathtub surrounded by trees and greenery. Listening to the birds and coquís sing will make your experience unforgettable. I will be happy to assist you during your stay to make it pleasant. The space Casa María1 has a queen bed, air conditioning, WiFi, Netflix, small closet. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner gas stove, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with Puerto Rican coffee and sugar. It also has basic utensils such as: pots, pans, spoons, forks, glasses, cups, knives and more. Other things to note ✅ The house is designed for 2 guests ONLY, no visitors. Smoking inside the house is✅ NOT allowed🚭. ✅ LOUD MUSIC IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. ✅  Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, so please understand that we need to prepare the house for the next guests.   ✅ Parking 🚘 is in front of the house and is completely free. We are not responsible for damage caused to your vehicle and/or items left in the car. ✅ Go down the stairs and use the pool at your own risk, we are not responsible for accidents. ✅  Any damage caused will be reported to Airbnb for appropriate action. ✅ If you break any of the rules, Airbnb will charge you a $100 deposit.
