Welcome to Sea Point, an apartment within walking distance (15mins) to the Blue Flag award winning Boscombe beach and just 5 minute walk to Boscombe high street and shopping mall. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom along with lounge/diner and separate kitchen. The property is on the 2nd floor & offers allocated underground parking for two cars as well as street parking nearby. NB there is no lift or outside space. The space The property comprises a second floor purpose built apartment. There are two bedrooms, a double with built in wardrobes and twin room. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps 2 and a table for six in the dining room. A travel cot and high chair can be provided, please request this prior to arrival. Please note travel for bedding is not provided. Kitchen has white goods, and all you need to make a nice meal. Also equipped with iron and drying airer. Bathroom - shower over bath. Bath mat and towels included. (These are not to be used as beach towels so please ensure you bring those). Other things to note The following will be provided; - hand wash - washing up liquid/sponge - tea towel - bath sheets & hand towels - bedding - I shall provide a small amount of washing liquid/softener depending on the duration of your stay. NB - you’ll need to bring the following; Salt, pepper, Oil, tea, coffee sugar etc
