Decked out with Miami vibes galore, there’s plenty of fun-filled entertainment space in the large open plan kitchen-diner. Get those vocal cords warmed up ready for your own karaoke TV, or mix up a cocktail or two in the cosy bar area, complete with custom neon light and living-wall inspired backdrop - perfect for giving all the after hours feels! The extra large dining table has space for everyone, and there’s also plenty of soft seating for those wanting to put their feet up. The fully equipped kitchen and utility room include full oven, microwave and two fridges. The Palm Springs decor extends upstairs to the first floor, and your bright and spacious living room, with three large corner sofas (or sofa beds for maximum sleeping flexibility). Our striking citrus ceiling fills the room with warmth and creates the perfect space for relaxing with friends, or enjoying some pre-dinner drinks and nibbles. Our blow dry bar with a well-lit Hollywood make-up mirror is situated within the first floor double bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms giving plenty of space and sleeping options for your group, including the ‘penthouse suite’ - an inviting, top floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room, leading out to the exclusive furnished rooftop terrace with stunning views out to see and over the rooftops of Brighton City. The main bathroom has a stylish suite featuring a freestanding bath and overhead shower. Marble tiles to the floors and walls finish this peaceful space. A marbled wet room on the ground floor, offers the convenience of an additional toilet and wash basin, and the house’s third shower. Based within the iconic Brighton Lanes area, you could not be better placed to explore the numerous restaurants, cafes, fun bars and boutique shops on offer. Just a minute’s walk from the beach, you can find the exciting i360 and the famous Palace Pier, along with all of the popular nightlife on offer. **Brand new for 2023** We are very excited to have introduced your very own selfie studio into the lower ground floor. Get glammed up for your night out, then head downstairs to take some insta-ready snaps; this space comes complete with tripod, ring light, fun gold backdrop, seating area and props to stage the perfect snaps. This property offers flexible sleeping options, contact me for a bedroom / sleeping breakdown, or to discuss maximum occupancy. All bed linen and house towels are provided, plus basic toiletries. Please bring towels for black use if needed. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Please note with weekend bookings we will require you to book both Friday and Saturday nights. Both a Friday or Saturday night booking is a minimum of a 2 night stay. NO SMOKING IN THE PROPERTY. Based within the heart of the South Lanes, you are minutes from an abundance of lively bars and restaurants, including a new addition 'The Ivy', fantastic for a fancy meal, brunch or cocktails. Moments from the seafront, you will be able to make the most of every second of your time in Brighton. Walk the length of Brighton from the Marina to Hove lawns, or hire one of the Cities pay as you go bicycles. Based a stones throw away from one of the countries most iconic theatre's, The Brighton Hippodrome, you can feel the excitement as people gather to be close to where some of the worlds greatest performers once stood: The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Harry Houdini, Charlie Chaplin & Laurel and Hardy. No transport is required to see Brighton from this location, but there are taxis and bus stops within a minutes walk. Brighton train station is a comfortable and enjoyable 15-20 minute sight-seeing walk from the property.
