Private room in a bright apartment on the 1st floor located in the historic center, easily reachable by car, a stone's throw from the beautiful city fortress and all services, bars and restaurants, a 10-15 minute walk from the Autodromo and the train station. Guests enjoy a private bathroom, linens, Wi-Fi, indoor parking, and bike shelter. Minimum stay: 2 nights. The space The room has a double window overlooking the tree-lined inner courtyard. It has an oversized double bed 170x200 cm, a desk, a closet and accompanying accessories. The bathroom is private, for exclusive use. For stays of a week, you can use the washing machine. For stays over 4 days, only the shower will be shared with the host. Air conditioning is widespread throughout the house, but the room does not have an internal split. However, a fan is provided. Breakfast is not included, but the refrigerator, coffee maker and necessary dishes are available on request for self-management breakfast Guest access Guests have access to the common kitchen for self-service breakfast or to store food in the refrigerator, and to the common terrace to hang clothes. They will not have access to the living room, unless otherwise agreed. They will have access to the covered parking in the basement of the condominium and to the common internal courtyard for storing bicycles.
