The space Located on the ground floor of our property, this comfortable bed and breakfast welcomes you in a quiet and pleasant environment. It features a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. Linens are provided, and you benefit from very high-speed Wi-Fi. Kitchen access is also available if needed. Outside, you can enjoy the peaceful setting, with access to the swimming pool, as well as a large private parking area, enclosed and secured by an electric gate. ☕ Breakfast is available by reservation. 🌿 A simple, warm, and relaxing place, ideal for a stopover or a quiet stay. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a shopping area 2 minutes away and a train station 10 minutes away with services to Lyon, Grenoble, and Geneva. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to Lake Paladru (10 minutes) and Lake Aiguebelette (20 minutes), which are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The Way of St. James, located just 500 meters away, passes close to the property, making it ideal for walking and hiking enthusiasts.
