Avida Towers Centera is build on the idea of living where everything you need is already built-in. This is a 4-Tower development of Avida Land that rises along the main avenue of EDSA with direct access to Business Districts in the metro. This is a fully furnished 1 bedroom corner unit (40 sqm.) located at Tower 1. It is very accessible for transportation, schools, hospitals, shopping centers and commercial establishments. The space The following are provided for guests' use and comfort: Hallway - fire extinguisher, slippers, umbrellas, broom and dust pan Common Area - air condition, sofa set, stand fan, 43" Smart TV with Cable, WiFi and games (super nintendo, jenga, uno, monopoly, playing cards). Dining Area - pub set Kitchen - complimentary bottled water, complimentary sachets of sugar, milk and coffee, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, rangehood, rice cooker, electric water kettle, bread toaster, coffee brewer, kitchen cookware and essentials, plates and cutlery, dish washing liquid and sponge, dish drying rack, garbage bag and bin Bathroom - toiletries, water heater, rain and hand held shower, bidet equipped, washing machine w/dryer, hanging rack, laundry basket and mopping set Bedroom - air condition, twin bed with pull out bed (both are memory foam mattress), pillows, blankets (comforter or fleece), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, workstation, night lamp and cabinets Towels, one-time supply of toiletries and bottled drinking water are provided upon check-in. We allow flexible check-in and check-out as long as there is no previous or next guest that booked the unit. Please understand that we need ample time to clean the place for all guest/s. The unit has its own parking slot and rate is not included in the listing. For overnight parking, that would be additional Php300.00. Discount will be given for long term guests. Guest access Guests can use the condominium amenities such as swimming pools (up to 3 guests only), kids playground and outdoor gym. The condominium management charge guests for pool usage and should inquire directly at the reception. Applicable fees are as follows (subject to change without prior notice): 75php weekdays 100php weekends Swimming pools are open from 6:00am to 9:00pm Tuesday to Sunday and closed every Monday for regular maintenance. Other things to note Government issued ID for guests are required at least 3 days or earlier before check in to allow for proper endorsement to the lobby/reception personnel.
