Large country cottage, rustic and rural, that can accommodate 14 people (280 m2), close to the center of Castelnau-Magnoac, in a small area of 5 hectares where natural flora and fauna have taken over; indeed, we have stopped using weed killers for more than 30 years, thus guaranteeing families staying at the cottage good environmental protection with natural lawns and driveways, free from any pollution. The space In addition, the cottage is located on a dominant plateau which gives it a breathtaking view of the Gers valley but also of the Pyrenean range in clear weather, giving the whole an atmosphere of calm and space On 2 levels: 6 bedrooms (6 beds 140 x 190 + 5 beds 90 x 190), reception room with pool table, dining room with wood stove and its protective grid, kitchen, living room, Canal+, Canal Satellite and beIN Sport, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, waste disposal room, 2 ping-pong tables with rackets and balls provided, basketball hoop and ball provided, professional electric plancha, charcoal barbecue only, petanque area (petanque balls provided), enclosed plot of 1000 square meters, central heating with fuel oil, security alarm. Garage adjoining the cottage courtyard (100 m²) with 2 ping-pong tables. We are sometimes present in an accommodation located next to the cottage, which allows us in these cases to offer groups a certain flexibility for check-in and check-out times and a good responsiveness for any concrete and justified requests in case of need at the cottage. Other things to note Cleaning is included. In order to encourage responsible consumption, charges are not included in the price. Oil heating, electricity and water will be charged to you up to your actual consumption (meter reading together at the beginning and end of the stay). At the request of the group leader, we can offer a linen rental service for 10 euros per pair of sheets (dry cleaning price) as well as "beds made on arrival" for 4 euros per bed. On the other hand, toiletries considered personal are not provided. We are also able to offer you firewood from 40 euros per half stère if you want to use the wood stove and enjoy yourself.
