Living Spaces Your first impression will be one word. “Wow!” As you venture down the front hall, the home immediately opens up with tall ceilings, lots of windows, and beautiful architectural details like rounded arches and pillars. Enter the first floor living room and you'll immediately feel at home. The wall of windows, a big stone two-sided fireplace, and brand new comfortable furnishings all feel like they’re personally inviting you to let out a deep breath, sit down, and begin your vacation. Whether you choose to curl up on one of the armchairs with your book, or turn on the HDTV to stream your latest favorite, this room may well quickly become your go-to. On the other side of the stone fireplace is a screened porch, with plenty of cozy lounging and dining space. Here’s the perfect spot for conversation, plans, and laughter. Maybe with a glass of wine in hand! While you can’t top the main level living room, the ground level living room is definitely a tie. Down here, you can practically hear that sofa calling you to sink right in and maybe even take an afternoon nap. A full wall of windows provides a birds-eye view of the wooded grounds. And don’t forget the garage game room. Here you can challenge friends and family to a friendly game of ping pong or air hockey, use the shuffleboard and arcade game, or stream a show on the TV. This space also has its own furnace for year-round fun! Cooking & Dining The kitchen is, in a word, fabulous. It’s enormous, with tons of storage and an angled breakfast bar that seats 4. The white beadboard cabinets are fresh, modern, and stylish. Other features here include stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, granite countertops, and brick-tiled backsplash. The family chef is going to love this kitchen! The whole group can gather around at the adjacent dining table to enjoy the chef’s delectable creations together. Bed & Bath On the main level is a primary suite with king bed, dual nightstands and lamps, TV, private seating area and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. It’s decorated in soothing color tones and features a private deck overlooking the wooded landscape. The kids’ room is down the same hallways, with 2 sets of twin over twin built-in bunk beds on one side and 1 full over full on the other. The little ones are going to love it! A full bath with a tub/shower is just across the hall. The lower level is equipped with 2 additional bedrooms (both with king beds) and 2 full bathrooms, including a secondary bedroom/bathroom suite with a TV and private bathroom. Outdoor Spaces Enjoy lazy days in the inground pool or lounging in one of the sun chairs. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors in the shade, a nearby gazebo has seating for four. It’s a great place to read a few pages in your book or enjoy a conversation. In the cool evenings, enjoy a warm soak in the hot tub as the jets massage away any stress. Be sure to bring a glass of your favorite beverage as you gaze at the starry sky with all your favorite people. Peak & Non-Peak Season During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. Additional Information ~ If you are inquiring for specific dates around the opening or closing dates of the swimming pool, please inquire with a reservationist for more information. ~ If a pet will be vacationing with you, a non-refundable pet fee will be added upon approval of your booking request. ~ Guests are required to complete an electronic guest agreement PRIOR to final reservation approval.
