Guest access There are many amenities in the area, Coral Castle, Miccosukee casino, Everglades National Park, Knaus Berry Farm, Homestead Miami Speedway, Fruit and Spice Park, Schnebly Redland's Winery, Homestead Bayfront Park, the small town of Homestead with many restaurants, bars, etc. Other things to note There is an event fee in addition to the overnight stay for any and all events as follows: Parties for less than 75 people, the event fee will be $5,000.00, parties for less than 125 people, the event fee will be $6,000.00 for parties up to a maximum of 250 people, the event fee will be $10,000.00. These event fees includes valet parking (mandatory) and the use of additional bathrooms and or portable toilets.
