We operate a 24 hour front desk, therefore you will not need to worry about late check in. 2. Check in after 1500Hrs (3.00pm) & Check out before 1200Hrs (12.00pm). Early check in and late check out is subjected to hotel availability and additional charge of RM10/hour will be applied for checking-in before 12:00pm and checking-out after 12:00pm. 3. For security purposes, photo identification is required at check in for every registered guest. 4. A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in and fully refundable upon check out subject to inspection of the accommodation. 5. With effect from 1 Sep 2017, a tourism tax of RM10 per room per night will be imposed by the Federal Government on non-Malaysian nationals or non-permanent residents holding a MyPR card. This tax should be settled directly upon check-in and not included in the above rate. 6. Strictly NON-SMOKING rooms. RM100 fine for hotel room smoker. 7. Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room or to the Hotel premises caused by you or any persons in your group (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. We reserve the right to debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion. 8. Greystone Boutique Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage of belongings left in guest's room and/or the Hotel property at all times.
