Walk across the street to a gorgeous private town park with a 20 acre lake with hiking trails, canoe and fishing poles for your use. Access to our fire pit, pool table on our 3 acre property. We live upstairs and you may see us or hear us from time to time. We are very quiet, private and work a lot. If you need something we are available but otherwise we prefer our privacy. Your private space is approx. 2000 square feet. Beautiful areas enjoy the view with your morning coffee. The space We live upstairs and the downstairs finished basement has private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and living space. Everything you need for a private getaway. You may hear us walking or the water running but you won’t see us unless we see you outside in the yard. Guest access You have your own space including washer and dryer. You have access to common area with pool table, fish pond, fire pit, bbq and decks. Other things to note Outdoor parking in our back driveway. Walk to entry is approx 150ft
