Comfortably accommodates up to 8 with 2 full beds, 3 sofabeds, and 2 single beds The space This newly upgraded tandem unit located at Field Residences Building 3 is very comfortable and conveniently located steps away from SM Sucat. There is swimming pool facilities that can be accessed for 300php per adult and 200php per child per day from 9am to 9pm Tuesday to Sunday and ate closed Mondays for maintenance. The building is very close to SM Sucat and about 3-5 minutes walk from the condo building. VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE: ONE (1) subleased PAID PARKING from other unit owner possibly available at Field Residences for 350php per day. Please check first with me the parking availability if you have a car. The parking is not guaranteed and need prior confirmation. 350php per day is a fixed rate and also requires guest to send their car model and plate number for registration to condo admin. No commercial condo paid parking due to ongoing construction of other buildings (far from the unit). If your visitors require a car, you will have to find parking space outside the condo community which is possible at SM Sucat (5 min walk) during the day and extremely inconvenient and almost impossible overnight and would advice you NOT to book the unit. Violations for illegal parking in the condo can lead to 1,000+php fine per day by the condo management which will be paid by the guests Guest access Amenities Pool Use Tuesday to Saturdays: 300php for adults 200php for kids Swimming Pool closed on Mondays Please let us know if you plan to use the swimming pool so we can advise you on process. Guests can pay a one time fee of 1000php and will be able to have unlimited access to swimming pool amenities but will require 2-3 workdays to process. Cost effective if guests are using the pool frequently. 1 possible but not guaranteed subleased parking available for 250php/day but no paid parking available onsite and please also following all house rules. This includes no hanging clothes in the balcony, following quiet hours (5pm to 10am and 12noon to 3pm), and no items left outside the condo door. Please also provide valid ID of all guests. If you are not able to meet this requirement, we would suggest that you do not book the unit. For stays longer than 7 days, we are charging 200 per day in electricity fees which we will add to your reservation costs. We appreciate your assistance and cooperation in helping us with the high cost of electricity which run at 10,000 to 20,000 pesos per month in our 2 bedroom unit. Other things to note Odd time check-in/check out from 8PM to 7AM at 400 flat fee to cover my representative’s safe travels to check you in late evening/early morning. Early check-in subject to availability and at a charge of at least 500php flat fee if I will have to block the previous day’s booking Late check-out subject to availability and at a charge of at least 1500php flat fee if I have to block the next day’s booking to accommodate your request Airport Pickup/Drop off available at 1,700 per way and depends on pax, time, and vehicle type used. City driving and out of town 6 passenger vehicle available for rent for as little as 1700 per 10 hours including driver/chauffeur services but fuel, toll fees, and parking to be covered by guests City driving and out of town 10 passenger van also available Change of Bedsheets, linens, towels, pillow covers can be done for 400php and subject to availability. Please note that we are a cost efficient alternative to a hotel but not a hotel. For this wonderful condo, I have a minimum rate set at 2000php/night excluding Airbnb fees, which ensures I'm able to give the best possible product and service without cutting corners or sacrificing quality. I most probably will modify the rate if it falls below this minimum nightly rate and you are welcome to make a decision to accept the terms or look for alternative listings. We appreciate your kind understanding. Bookings longer than 7 days will incur additional 2500php/week to cover the high electricity costs in the Philippines. We appreciate your cooperation and we ask for you not to book this unit if you are not comfortable with helping us with the utilities.
