Cedar Cabin

A spacious timber cabin built 8 years ago. In a very quiet location amid the fields and woods of our farm, situated in the garden of my home and off a private road leading only to the farm. Cooking facilities are microwave, mini-cooker with two rings and oven, slow cooker, frig and sink. Beds are made up as king size unless singles are requested in advance. Pets are welcome. The Cabin has its own garden securely fenced. Garden furniture with sun loungers, table and chairs and charcoal BBQ. The space The situation is good for those travelling on either of the two north-south main roads - A7 and A68, as the house is between these two main roads, and 5 - 10 minutes from each.The location of the Cabin is perfect for guests with pets, miles of dog walking country from the door. We have a private loch just 200m from here which is an SSSI. Golf course 2 miles away. A car is essential here as there is only a limited bus service 2 miles away, and train service from Tweedbank to Edinburgh 10 minutes away. Guest access The Cedar Cabin has space for two or more cars to park on the gravelled driveway. Nearest shops and restaurants etc. are 5 - 10 minutes away in Selkirk, and there are several take-aways available. Other things to note Breakfast foods are supplied for at least the first day or two of your stay. TV with Freeview. DVD player. Towels are provided and all cleaning equipment.
