1 stop 8 mins from Hakata station.It is a 9-minute walk from Hakata Minami Station. Quiet place with fast wifi♪ Lovely room with good access to Hakata station. (Just 1 stop, 8min train from Hakata station, then walk 9min to our house) we have high speed wi-fi. The space Here's a big house in a quiet place that you can have your own private room on the 3rd floor with a toilet next to. Your room is big enough for maximum 4 people. (we accept maximum 3 guests, and the 3rd guest will sleep on the airmatress). Here is not the very center of Hakata, but still have a good access. Also, you can have an another experience with a real Japanese life, Japanese family. (we hope it will be more precious time for you than staying in a normal accomodation in downtown area) ★access to Hakata station★ (Just 1 stop, 8min train from Hakata station, then walk 9min to our house) (300yen=2USD/1 way) -1 min walk to convinience store (seven-eleven) open 24hour. We are the family of 4 (with lovely 2 daughters. 6 years and 3 years old) we usually stay at the living room on the 2nd floor. so..come anytime whenever you want to share time with us^^ We traveled around the world for 2 years as our 'honeymoon', visited 60 countries. I think half of our guest love to communicate, and the rest of half prefer to have their own privacy. So it's all up to you^^ Any guest are very much welcome for us! During your stay We'll help you as much as possible, like...restaurant booking, bus ticket booking...travel information, if you need. Free coffee, tea, free snacks are always prepared:)) If you need any assistance, we're here to help! Tea and coffee are always available in the kitchen Other things to note We appreciate if you..... -keep quiet outside of our house, because lots of houses stands closely. -refrain from using strong perfume, because my wife often feel headache by the perfume...sorry and thank you for your understanding. -smoke not in our house (you can smoke at the roof top valcony on the 4th floor) if you need any other items, don't hesitate to ask us! we will help you^^ ◎airport transportation service we might be able to take you to the airport by our car on your checkout day for 1500yen (for total, not per person). it's depending on the time and also our schedule.
