Our family friendly loft near Potsdamer Platz with a ceiling height of 4 meters is on the ground floor of a new building with access to a big private garden and roof. Just across is the new Park am Gleisdreieck The space WELCOME HOME at our family place! We are a family of 4 and rent our bright and beautiful apartment when we are travellling. Our 130 sqm loft has an open ground plot with a large doublebed inside the open structure between the living room and kids room . In the kids room there is a separate kids etage with two beds. Altogehter it´s an open space without doors! We have 2 bathrooms, one bigger with bathtub and a kids sink and one smaller with a shower and toilet and there´s a second extra toilet. Since the house was build only 3 years ago, the technical standards are very high and the place is in a very good condition. The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor with under floor heating. All rooms, except the kids room and the second bedroom are connected, still allowing to hide away: A large living space, a kitchen inviting to cook almost professional, an office/ library space and the sleeping area with a very large bed (2,30 m width). There is free wifi. You can use our garden as well, the kids can play football or use the huge sandbox. There´s also a separate stroller room where you can put your stroller in and find scooters, skateboards or rollerblades. You also have admission to our roof where you have seats and sun loungers to relax, doing your yoga in the morning or just enjoy the view on Potsdamer Platz and the park. This place is made for the needs of adults and kids - so enjoy your holiday! Guest access Your total area of access will be 120 sqm as we normally close one room, either the second bedroom or the kids room for our own stuff.
