This nomadic flat with 3 bedrooms is located in a building from 19th century, in one of the most privileged areas of Lisbon, Lapa, Estrela. The apartment was fully renovated in 2018 and is in the 2nd floor of our family building without lift. Rooms include bed linnen and bath towels for all guests. Apartment with three bedrooms (one with window and two with no window), spacious and naturally illuminated living/dining area, equipped kitchen, entrance hall, one toilet and a balcony. The height of the ceiling in the main apartment is about 2,20 meters and the doors no more than 1,95 meters. It is a good way to get used because everything in Lisbon is little :) The living/dining area has amazing views over the city and the river. • Master Bedroom, facing west (with view to a backyard garden), with a King size bed (200x160). • Bedroom 2, with a double bed (200x140), no window. • Bedroom 3, with a single bed (200x90), no window. • Kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, expresso machine (Nespresso), with free coffee/tea and all kind of quality cutlery. • Living room with a chaise longue sofa, flat screen TV and a dining area for 5 people. • Toilet with shower. Hair dryer and scales provided. • Electric heating. • Wi-fi. We also can provide a baby crib, bath tub and baby chair (bed linens and towels included). For that we charge a fee, please ask us if it is available. It is also possible to keep your luggage in the last day, after checkout. We charge a fee per bag. Until 3 hrs - 5eur. 3 to 5 hrs - 7eur. Daily - 10eur. For bookings with 28 or more nights it ll have an extra tax of 40eur/week due to apartment maintenance and cleanings (we ll do once per week a full cleaning at the apartment and change all bed linen and towels) Other things to note It was a pleasure to define the colors, materials and objects to be included in the apartment. In its refurbishment, it was always our intention to highlight our traditions and to show our passion and work. Each detail was carefully thought in order to create a pleasant environment.
