Push chair, baby cot, etc are available. The house is close to the village centre and only 15 min away by car from the beach in the Port of Sollér. There is a paddle court in the village and a full sized Olympic swimming pool and tennis 3km away. The Port Soller, and its beaches are a 10 minute drive from the village. There is a local bus service between Fornalutx, Soller and Port Soller. Buses run every half hour. There is a paddle court in the village and a full sized Olympic swimming pool and tennis courts can be found 3km towards the port. There mountains surrounding the village are full of marked Hiking Trails and the mountain roads are used by many professional cycling teams for their early season training. Living room has air conditioning, so too both bedrooms. 36' TV, Sofa, 2 armchairs. TV has all the latest movies and TV shows. The service also has TV feeds from most European countries. Other things to note Parking in the village in the summer can be difficult. Parking is free in all parking lots P1, P2 and P3 (between the blue lines) after 6pm and before 10am. You need to pay at other times. Green lines mean resident parking only and White is free all the time. We can arrange reserved parking in parking lot P1 with the Town Hall at an addition cost of 60 euros a week. Please let us know if you wish us to arrange this before your arrival. Payment is required upon arrival as we need to arrange the parking with the Town Hall. This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided. For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property. PLEASE NOTE: BOTH BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOM ARE AIRCONDITIONED. We want to make this clear as even when confirmed that only one bedroom has Air-conditioning, one person complained and left a poor review.
