Bedroom 1: 1x king bed, 1 double foldout bed - Bedroom 2: 2x single beds, 1 single foldout bed Note: Please inform us ahead of time if you require foldout beds to be setup. Floor Plan is as follows: This single story property is entered via the carport into the kitchen and living area. Next to the lounge is a balcony deck with outdoor seating. There are two bedrooms, one shared and one ensuite bathroom. Parking: 2 x allocated covered parking in carport Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Message from Ray: Kindly note that the sofa bed for a 5th person is not nearly as comfortable as a full sized bed. Please note that due to road closures, direct walking access to town is now detoured through nearby streets and will add additional time to journey.
