Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation. The space The apartments is quiet and spacious. The bedroom and living room windows overlook the garden and countryside. There are stairs up to the apartment from a small courtyard. There is an outdoor space in our large garden overlooking the vegetable plot, with BBQ, table and chairs for you to use. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the garden and there is ample parking. There is a grass tennis court you are welcome to use (when playable), but not after rain when the surface is soft.
