Nestled in the heart of the Sarthe perch, 2 hours from Paris, Le Moulin is an exceptional place. Standing in the middle of a green setting of 2 hectares where a peaceful stream flows, this historic cradle combines authenticity and unpretentious luxury The space The main house includes a pleasant 80 m2 living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. Decorated and arranged to feel quickly comfortable, these friendly and warm spaces, renovated and composed of a unique selection of antique pieces and collectible furniture, will take you to the heart of a story. Two spacious double bedrooms, with bathroom and toilet, occupy the floor. Connected by the inner courtyard are also three other bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and private entrance. Finally, a 80 m2 reception barn is available. The Mill is autonomous in water thanks to our well, it has an orchard to pick your apples at the end of the summer, and a composter to recycle your waste.
