The space The entire unit is exclusively for the guests and with fast unlimited wifi up to 20mbps speed, SMART TV with Netflix ready, fully furnished with kitchenette, heated shower, washer dryer and airconditioned room. The unit uses LED lights energy efficient as part of our advocacy in protecting the environment to help reduce carbon emissions. Please join our advocacy and switch off all Electrical appliances when not in use. Air-conditioning must be switched off as well when going out and not to use for 24 hrs. Note that Philippines is one of the highest in Asia in terms of bill electricity charges. Guest access Important note: Check in time is between 2-5pm. Should you be arriving later than 5pm, please message us first to confirm availability. Check-out time is 11am. We may accommodate early check-in only if the unit is available, please confirm with us prior booking. Maximum of 4 persons can stay, 2 in bedroom and other 2 can use the sofa bed in the living room. Pool access for the registered guests is offered at a discounted rate of Php 150/guest except holiday. Please inform the host in advance. Long term lease are free of pool access and amenities. Max of 4 only inside the unit. Visitors can be entertained at the lobby only. As part of building management requirements and for security purposes and admission, guests are required to provide valid identification cards. Security deposit may be asked which is refundable upon checkout if no damages found. Pool access is paid separately to the admin for short term. Free for long term lease. If booking is 1 month and beyond, electricity usage will be monitored and if excess usage will be charged the excess to the tenant. Long term tenants are required to fill up lease contract and forms for admission. Note for cancellation: Bookings for 1 month and beyond is non-refundable if less than 28days notice.
