House Crossed Naujan Beach “RUINS” room 2 (2pax)

This is just a getaway beach house away from city noise and work stress situated around 45 minutes away from Calapan Port. The space It is a beach house typical of the ones found in the province. It is somewhat far from fast food chains and 24-hour stores, so visitors coming in should be prepared for this, although there are many small local stores. All the rooms are air-conditioned. Only the two main cottage rooms have hot showers, but since this is the province, the plain shower provides natural heat from the faucet that is still refreshing. There are two (2) cottage rooms ideally good for 6 each, though if there are children, they can be made to fit in the Japanese beds in the loft. There is a private toilet and bath, and if there are big families, the two main cottages have adjoining doors. Each cottage has tv and cable. There are also three (3) nipa huts. As previously mentioned, they are air-conditioned. They are good for three persons each, with individual toilets, bath, and traditional kitchen. There are two (2) rooms in the “ruins” building, also good for six persons, and another double-deck room that is good for two. These have two (2) common toilets and baths. The “ruins” have a dining table, sala, bar, and tv with cable. The place has two (2) kayak boats as well as a fishing net free for guest use, so that they can experience “mangalikad,” or seashore fishing. Guests can easily cook their own food, since the market is quite near, or if they wish, they can also easily buy freshly caught seafood from the locals. Standby high powered generator is also available should there be inevitable brownouts. There is a small party space where foldable umbrellas, tables and chairs are available upon request. The Beach front also has six nipa huts for gazing around. All for free use of guests. Dome tents are also available upon request for free. There are lots of BBQ areas and even space for cooking LECHON. Transportation to and from Calapan Port and other tourist attractions can be arranged for additional fee. We will give our very best efforts to make you feel comfortable and at home. Guest access Guests can access the whole property from the street entrance up to the beach front except for the stock rooms. During your stay Ate Lita, our caretaker, is available 24/7 for queries and assistance. She sleeps just beside the property. Other things to note The property Parking space is only good for two vehicles but guests can also park in the street or in my friend’s lot nearby.
