The flat forms part of Ripostena Country House, a private ancient hamlet restored according to traditional Tuscan style and equipped with all amenities to make you feel at home. Il Trinciatoio and has two marvelous terraces: the first one is covered, completely furnished with table, chairs and bbq and is perfect for outdoor dining and gathering; the second one is furnished with a small table and some chairs and is perfect for sunbathing. This two story apartment is 82 square meters (878 square foot), can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed as follows: At the top floor there are two double bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and two bathrooms with shower. At ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area furnished with table, chairs and a comfortable sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, and espresso coffee maker with pods. AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRCASE A GATE IS INSTALLED TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN. A free Wi-Fi connection is available for all our guests in the house and in common areas. The apartment is located just steps away from the children's playground and 2 min. walk from the property’s panoramic stone infinity pool. Guest access Our guests share common areas such as: infinity pool overlooking the valley, 5 hectares (12 acres) of colorful and carefully maintained gardens and green areas, picnic area, children’s playground, and recreation room with ping pong and table football. Other things to note The pool is shared with other guests. The apartment is part of the ancient hamlet of Ripostena, which is private and entirely fenced-in.
