Top Of The Town Spa Retreat
Description
Welcome to Top of the Town, overlooking the beautiful Eildon Valley. Styled with clean lines and rich colours, TOTT is the perfect pitched roof cabin getaway for singles or couples who crave small town peace and quiet. I have recently renovated the courtyard and added an outdoor spa bath and bbq. The space My guesthouse is a one bedroom open plan studio space with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The property has a great outlook over the valley (especially from the outdoor spa). The property backs onto lush state forest. Hikes and mountain bike tracks are a stones throw away. The courtyard has an epic view. With a Virginia creeper growing over the bath, a bbq and lounge chairs. Its the perfect spot for your morning yoga session in the sun, a relaxing snooze with a book or watching the day slip away. I have designed the space to provide guests with optimum privacy, the spa collects the best of the morning sun and is shaded in the afternoon. I recommend soaking the night away under a million stars! It's not uncommon to see kangaroos, foxes, wombats, echidna and deer in the early morning and evening. We are a short stroll from the local swimming pool and town shops. Enjoy Lake Eildon! renown for its excellent water skiing and fishing. The Goulburn river is not to be missed. Kayaks, SUP boards and picnic boats can be hired on the lake. Take a drive up to Pinanger lookout (do not miss this - look it up) or tour Skyline road. If you are travelling from Melbourne - make sure you come via the Yarra Valley. Don't miss the Yarra Yalley world class wineries, Yarra Valley Dairy cheese is to die for and of course the Chocolate Factory. Marvel at the beauty of the mountain ash and ancient rainforest in the "Black Spur" on Maroondah Hwy. Beechworth Bakery in Healesville have delicious pies and pastries too. The space is best suits couples but can accomodate a small family who don’t mind very close quarters.
