Beautiful detached home recently refurbished in a quiet neighbourhood. Guests can expect to share the space with myself and family. The house is Bright light and contemporary within a minutes walk to bus stop and within walking distance to Chessington North station and less than a mile to Tolworth station. The space The Space - There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining and a spacious lounge area. The bedrooms are all fully fitted with built in wardrobes with ample space for storage. The bathroom is fully fitted with a separate shower and bath upstairs and another toilet downstairs. Access via the front door and guest will have access to kitchen, bathroom and room. The property is within walking distance to Epsom city centre and 5-10 mins on the bus. Bus routes to Surbiton, Kingston and close to A3 which leads to ring road M25. London is less than an 1hr drive or via train Parking is available on the property on the drive. Guest access Guests enter the house via main entrance and will have access to privately booked room only. Guests bathrooms are located upstairs. Main kitchen is for private use. long stay guests may use smaller kitchen. Kitchen is open from 7am till 7pm. Washing machine and dryer only available for long staying guests and at £2 per load. Any additional needs available upon request. During your stay I will be reachable on my phone for any queries guests may have at any point.
