House in the heart of a small village

Large house located in the heart of a small village in the Eure, 1 hour from Paris and 1 hour 45 minutes from the Normandy coast (Deauville, Dieppe). The calm that reigns there and its 5100 m² wooded garden make it an ideal place to recharge your batteries with family and friends. Very high-speed internet allows you to telecommute in excellent conditions (the accommodation is connected to Orange fiber). New recent equipment (Dec 22): new sofas, oven, fridge/freezer and new stovetops. The space I regularly take into account the feedback from my tenants. The comfort of the house increases from year to year: - A new kitchen was installed in 2019, - In February 2020: installation of a brand new condensing gas heater that guarantees constant heat in the house and hot water in abundance regardless of the number of tenants. - So that my tenants can telework in very good conditions, I have installed Orange fiber since January 2022 - Windows/doors replaced in 2024 (triple glazing) The basic products provided are as follows: - Sheets, dish towels, bath mats, (bath towels are not provided). - Salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee filter. House comprising: > on the ground floor: - a 40 m² living/dining room with 2 sofas, a large table (up to 10 people) and a TV (80 cm flat screen) with DVD player. - a kitchen including: hobs, a large oven (purchased new in 2019), a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a steamer, a filter coffee maker. - one bedroom with desk (possibility to install a classic mattress for two people of 130*220) - one bedroom with a 140 x 220 bed - a bathroom with bathtub - a toilet > on the 1st floor: - two large bedrooms of 25 m² each with a bed of 140 x 220 - in each room it is possible to add a double mattress to increase the capacity of the house to 12 beds. - a bathroom with bathtub and toilet > outside: - a large plot of 4000 m² and a concrete terrace of 40 m² giving access to the kitchen. - a fenced plot of 1160 m2 acquired in 2020 Possibility to use a barbecue and install a garden table. Nearby you can visit: Anet and its castle (15 min by car), Ivry-la-Bataille and its medieval ruins (10 min). The house is 35 minutes from Center Park in Verneuil-sur-Avre, and one hour from Chartres and Paris. Guest access You will have access to the whole house with exception of the basement.
