Relax in this cozy family home for up to 2 adults and 3 kids. A stone's throw from the cozy boulevard with restaurants and the swimming and (kite) surfing beach of Huizen, with playground, skate park and basketball and beach volleyball court. Located on the Gooimeer, 25 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht. Within cycling distance of fashionable Laren. In a quiet, low-traffic street, with a park at the front. Free parking. Sunny backyard with gas BBQ and lounge furniture. The space The house is a real family home suitable for 2 adults and 3 children. In the attic is the master bedroom with a spacious double bed (1.80 x 2.10) and a desk, in the front attic a washing machine and dryer that you can use. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, a TV and a desk. There is also a very spacious 3rd bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed (trundle bed only suitable for children up to about 10 years old), a desk and a TV screen. The knee-high partitions in the attic and some closets (labeled "Private") are full of the landlord's personal belongings, you are requested not to use them. In addition, there is a cabinet in each room in which you can store your own belongings. There is no cleaning during the stay, you are requested to keep the house clean yourself and to deliver it clean. Of course, you will find the house clean, with the beds made, upon arrival. Guest access Everything except spaces labeled "Private." We are very proud of our house and hope that you will treat our house well. Other things to note The shed has the same key as the house. You can freely use the children's toys available. The garden cushions can be found in the shed. It is not allowed to charge your electric car with our power during the stay. There are about 6 public charging points within 100 meters. TIP: Charging with the fast charger at the Lidl in Huizen is very cheap and super fast.
