The house, 100 m2, extends over 3 levels (1 ground floor and 2 floors): - On the ground floor is a large living room with a magnificent bay window overlooking a garden as well as an equipped kitchen (cooking piano, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle etc...) - on the 1st floor a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with bathroom/WC and a beautiful adjoining terrace, - on the 2nd floor, a double bedroom (140 cm bed but possibility to put 2 small beds), air conditioning and private bathroom. - Room at the bottom of the garden with washing machine, dryer, plancha, high chair and umbrella bed will be at your disposal.
