We are here to make your stay with us a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We take hosting very seriously - which means you get a clean bed with fresh linens, a clean private bath, and access to an amazing living room, kitchen and dining room, and outdoor garden! The space You will be able to enjoy a​n​ unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Silicon Valley. We have a beautiful garden where we have many trees and ​​plants with a nice ​outdoor ​seating area where you can sip a cup​ of​ your morning​ coffee​/ have breakfast or enjoy an outdoor candle light dinner​ (weather permitting)​. We also have a flock of backyard hens. ​Their presence makes you feel like you're on a farm when staying in an urban city.​ We’ve curated​ ​our home ​furniture, art, and appliances ​with great love and care​. ​The ​home is equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances from Design Within Reach bed, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf ​induction ​range, Pottery Barn/ Crate and Barrel living room furniture, Ligne Roset dining table, and ​more.​ ​We believe well designed products can have a positive impact on how we live. ​​Guests will have access to their ​private bedroom and bath along with living room, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor garden. ​​​Guests will not have access to our two private bedrooms/bath and outdoor office shed. However, you will be the only one staying on property as we will be out of town. ​ The residential neighborhood is peaceful and safe.​ ​The home is located less than a mile away from Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, and Barnes and Nobles. You will have easy access to Almaden Lake Trail for a daily jog. The Oakridge Shopping Mall is conveniently located with name-brand stores, Cinemark movie theater, and restaurants. Easy access to bus and light rail (VTA). It would be helpful to have your own transportation if you wish to explore the neighborhood. We will not be here, so you'll have complete privacy. However, the home has 3-bedrooms and 2-baths. You'll have access to your private bedroom, private bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, and front/ backyard. The other rooms and bathroom will not be available to you during your stay. We are vegetarians and don't cook meat or seafood at home. We ask that if you cook meals, please do not cook meat or seafood. The chickens do make a little noise in the morning. Almost all our guests love this experience and are rarely disturbed by their noise. You can park your car in the driveway.
