Serendib Homestay is a 3 storied bungalow featuring a garden and a roof top terrace. It is a ‘home’ away from home. All nationalities are welcome!! We are a Srilankan family providing this home stay and live in the next house. Hence, assistance is easily available 24/7. Our Pricing is provided per private room rate basis as per our other listing if needed or to the entire bungalow as per this listing. The space Ground floor consists of lobby area/Dining area and an equipped kitchen with cooker/oven/microwave/electric kettle/rice cooker and toaster. One bedroom with an attached bathroom is on the ground floor level and the other 2 rooms with one attached bathroom are on the first floor level. The first floor has a lounge area, an open terrace and a balcony too. The second floor is the intended bar room with roof top space which is currently not furnished but can be used by the guests. At the home stay, each room is equipped with a Ceiling fan, Air conditioner, Queen size bed, Dressing table, chest of drawer, wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The bathrooms are equipped with Towels, soap and toilet papers. Free WiFi & Parking for up to 3 vehicles provided. Colombo is 10kms from Serendib Homestay and Bandaranaike International Airport is 35kms from the property. Around the property- Supermarket : Keels Supermarket (500 m) Restaurants : Many Srilankan, Chinese and Indian restaurants within walking distance. Getting around- Tri-shaws (three wheelers or took-took’s) are easily available on call. Uber, pick me up taxi services are also available.
