New house in the vineyards of Médoc

The house is located in Arsac, a charming village in the Médoc, on a very quiet and wooded street a few steps from the small shops of the town center (bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, tobacco bar, pizzeria and brewery) and remarkable wine châteaux that have made the region and the country famous for several years. The space In the heart of the Médoc vineyards and its historic castles (Château du Tertre 3 min walk and Margaux 6 km), 40 minutes from the beaches of Carcans or Lacanau and 35 minutes from downtown Bordeaux, we offer this new and equipped house of 110 m² dating from 2019 to have a good time with family or friends on the way back from your walks and activities in the region. The house is composed of: - A large 40 m² living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a sofa bed and a TV with some DVDs and video games available. - A first children's room equipped with a 70 x 140 bed - A second children's room equipped with a 70 x 140 bed and a double sofa bed for adults. - A master suite with an electric king size bed, a large wardrobe and a private bathroom. - A large bathroom equipped with a corner bathtub, a double sink cabinet, a washing machine and a dryer. Outside you can enjoy a large terrace with all the comforts provided: outdoor table and chairs, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs and children's games including a round self-supporting pool 2.5 m in diameter and 60 cm deep to cool off. All bed linen, bath sheets and tea towels will be provided. (Beach towels not provided) We are available and open to any special requests regarding the layout of the rooms and your stay in general whenever possible.
