New kitchen appliances along with microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven are but a few conveniences should you wish to do “light” food preparation or plan to prepare all your meals during your stay! Don’t feel like cooking? Not to worry! We have a large variety of restaurants, fast food, grocery and specialty shops, not to mention plenty of Pizza and other food delivery options. Comfy furniture promotes relaxation and restful sleep-there's even a queen size sofa bed in the living room (should you need it) plus a queen size bed in the bedroom. This facility has air/heat as well as ceiling fans located in every room. All new bathroom with walk-in shower & sliding glass doors. All linens and bathroom towels are included. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living room. WiFi is included should you wish to keep “in touch” or if you need to work, there is a desk in the bedroom. So you want to go to the beach… In the bedroom closet you will find beach chairs, toys and beach towels. Guest access A small laundry room attached to the cottage in the rear of the property with modern front loading washer and dryer! Why not take home “clean clothes”! Adjacent to this is a patio area with a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining, smoking, or enjoying our great weather.
