Jewel Box with a view

This apartment recently went through an extensive renovation by its new owner so everything is new and fresh. But all references to new end there. From the moment you walk in, the flat feels luxurious by virtue of the quality of the furniture and art hanging on the walls, but it is much more bohemian in feeling and style. It's easy to imagine late nights with friends as the city lights dazzle below you. The bedroom is very spacious and VERY quiet. The space A 2 bedroom flat was converted into a spacious 1 bedroom. It has been fitted with everything you could possibly need to cook dinner for 6 or have a cocktail party for 15. The building is 6 stories, built in the 1960's and positioned perfectly to capture the sprawling city below, its mountains and the harbor. The flat is high enough to enjoy the view above the tree canopies and yet still feel connected to the landscape. The flat and the building itself are extremely secure. Guest access A block away from Kloof Neck Road, one of Cape Town's main arteries connecting you to the city beaches and any other Cape Town destination, the building has plenty of street parking in front of it. It has two secured gates before you get access to the lobby and elevators. Other things to note The apartment is located in safe and secure complex. #There is a exterior paint work is happening until mid January 2020. It doesn’t really affect the stay of the guest but there are scaffolding. Sorry for inconvenience caused by this work.!!
