New build Holiday Home with Pool and Sea View

Our newly built cottage "Casa in mezzo ai FichiD 'India" is located on the edge of a small valley, 3km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the sea and the coast towards Cefalù. Behind the house are the mountains of the nature reserve "Pizzo Cane". The space Our house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with panoramic windows and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster...) with dining area. Around the house there are several terraces, the private infinity pool and a small restored outbuilding, which can be used as a covered dining area, among other things. Your private garden is part of our approximately 2-hectare site. Parking for at least 2 cars is available in the enclosed part of the private garden. The pool integrated into the landscape is about 9 m long, up to 3 m wide and measures 1.50 m at the deepest point (plus a shallow beach area). It is usually filled from April to October. Parents with small children should consider the elevated location and associated hazards of the pool area. Please note that smoking is only allowed outdoors. The consumption of the air conditioning is charged separately (0.40 euros/kW/h). The house was built in such a way that during the day a pleasant breeze from the sea and in the evening/night a fresh breeze from the mountains can be felt. Around the house in your private part of the garden (which takes part of our 2 ha of land) you will find a few terraces, the private infinity pool and a covered outdoor living zone. There is a parking space in front of the house for at least 2 cars. The well in the landscape integrated pool is about 9 m long, up to 3 m wide and on the deepest side 1.50 m deep. There is also a shallow beach area. Please take care of smaller children because the pool area is in a high position. Please note that you can only smoke outside the house. Air conditioning is paid separately according to the amount consumed (0.40 euros per kW/h). The orientation of the house is done very well. You will feel comfortable because during the day the fresh breeze will come from the sea and in the night the pleasant air will come from the mountains behind.
