The exclusive non-smoking vacation apartment offers you modern comfort combined with stylish furnishings on two floors - including a fascinating view of the water! After entering the semi-detached house on the second floor, you will find yourself in the light-flooded, invitingly designed living and dining area, which offers a breathtaking view over the marina and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei thanks to its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. Harbor cinema guaranteed! From here you can access the two spacious terraces with fantastic water views. Whether you want to soak up the sun in your own beach chair, have a barbecue or enjoy the sunrises over the sea - you're guaranteed to find a new favorite spot here! Cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, so you can spoil yourself, your family and friends with culinary delights. On the second floor is the apartment's relaxation area with two bedrooms and the wellness bathroom. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a box-spring double bed (160 × 200 cm), a closet, blackout curtains, a flat-screen TV and a fantastic view of the water. Bedroom 2 has a modern bunk bed with a lower lying surface of 140 × 200 cm (space for 2 people) and an upper lying surface of 90 x 200 cm (space for 1 person), blackout curtains and a closet. Worth mentioning is the large, bright wellness bathroom with corner whirlpool bath and floor-level shower. The highlight is the infrared sauna for 2 people, where you can relax wonderfully at any time of year after a wonderful day's vacation. A further bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor provides additional comfort. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and (especially important for longer stays) a washing machine and dryer. If the weather doesn't play along, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in the living room and enjoy Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment or watch films and series. Our younger guests will not miss out either. Here you will find board games, toys for indoors and outdoors, as well as a handcart. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the extensive Weidefelder beach and the supermarket with bakery in a few minutes on foot. A parking space and a lockable bicycle room are available in front of the house. Located in the charming Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, directly between the mouth of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, “Meerhaus 18” opened its doors in February 2020 and welcomes all guests who want to enjoy a great vacation right by the sea with plenty of fresh sea air.
