Single/double room near metroB

Apartment on the 8th floor, recently renovated. It is a 5-minute walk from Metro B, Ponte Mammolo or Santa Maria del Soccorso, just 4 stops from Tiburtina station and 7 from Termini station, in a residential, quiet, green setting. The space The room can be single or double and can also accommodate an extra bed. It is located on the 8th floor of a condominium inhabited by families, quiet and well-kept, with an elevator. Very bright thanks to a large balcony, it was carefully renovated a few months ago. The furniture is new. The kitchenette is available, with a fridge and oven. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. The washing machine can be used. Covered and reserved parking available Guest access All our guests access from the main entrance where the shared parts are located, i.e. the living room and the kitchen. You cross a corridor that leads to the three bedrooms, one of which temporarily hosts a tenant. On the right is one of the two bathrooms equipped with a shower and washing machine, the second bathroom is located at the back and is equipped with a bathtub. The kitchen and the 3 bedrooms overlook the balcony, which makes them very bright. During your stay We will personally receive our guests on the day of check-in (possibly from 12pm on Saturday morning) for key exchange, bath linen and sheets and to showcase the apartment. You'll find a welcome breakfast and then you'll be free to enjoy the wonders of Rome. For any need or problem, we will leave you our telephone numbers, we live a few blocks away. We will greet guests at check-out (preferably by 9:00 am on Saturday morning). To make your stay more comfortable, I allow guests to leave their luggage in storage. Other things to note There is currently a tenant in the apartment. You can use the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and utensils. The room can be rented for longer or shorter stays from 1 night to an annual lease, it can accommodate 1 or 2 people with the possibility of adding a third bed in case of stays with children.
