There is a Robinson's supermarket just across the street, The Main Park at the side of the street for dine in and take out foods. Accessible to church and malls. Guest access use of pool, gym, clubhouse, basketball court and children’s playground. Other things to note 1. Please no wearing of shoes inside the house. 2. Throw all wastes and garbage everyday at the designated area in the parking basement of the building. 3. Mineral water (in packaging of 5 li/gal) is being provided for the guests. 4. No Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Terrace or outside veranda may be used for smoking but no littering of cigarette butts please, kindly place on the trash bin. 5. Only booked visitors are allowed to in & out of the property. Guests of the booked visitors are subject for approval. It is required to submit complete details of the visitors for reference and authorization. 6. Kindly inform the the Host 1 day in advance if there will be changes in the schedule of checkout.
