It has three floors, the ground floor is a gym - children's playroom with 80 m2 and can be used as a dormitory for a group of friends who do not mind sleeping on matraces and using sleeping bags. There also is a "buiness room" with a printer and internet Access and working tables for two people who need to do somethings for their job while being on vacation. Other things to note in spring / summer there is a tennis court 50 m away from our property, 40 minutes drive two major lakes to swim in, 60 minutes drive Adriatic see, skiing is 20km away. We have some sport equipment to let you use or help you with hiring. In special cases we can provide guided tours for hiking destinations and local tourist attractions.
