Old town house renovated in an absolute top location! The CASA NUCLEO is centrally located, yet quiet. There is an inner courtyard and a garden. The 3 individual rooms on the 2nd floor are beautifully renovated. A kitchen is at your disposal on the first floor. You prepare breakfast yourself whenever you want. Coffee and tea are included. The space Room 1 is particularly suitable for friends who like to do something together but do not want to share the bed together. It has 2 single beds (90 cm) and is large enough for an extra bed if there are three of you. On the same floor there are 2 more guest rooms, whereby the shower/toilet are only shared with the guests from room 2. Guest access The 1st floor and the kitchen/lounge on the ground floor are available for guests only. The kitchen is well furnished, it has everything you need. It is shared by all guests of the 3 rooms. During the store opening hours, the kitchen is also accessible to the tenant of the store (in the front part of the first floor towards the alley) (as a passage to their depot). In addition, the natural garden and the charming courtyard may be used: By the way, there is also space for your bike and an outlet for the e-bike. During your stay I live on the 2nd floor of the house and will be happy to welcome you personally. When I'm not around, I'll arrange for the keys to be handed over, I'll be reachable by phone, or I'll give you a contact person.
