There is 24/7 security, receptionist, cleaning/maintenance services, wifi, laundry, a warm pool and jacuzzi. The unit has a washer and dryer in it. The unit has high speed internet 364, and up to 1700 with a laptop. The entire building also has wifi access. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is a spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that is located on the 2nd floor. This unit also has a large L couch and a small pull out futon for additional sleeping arrangements. There is bright natural lighting throughout the apartment condo. New everything: kitchen with glass top stove, French press, toaster, blender, hot water heater, rice cooker, built in microwave, refrigerator, and under cabinet lighting. Everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Gorgeous living room with tile floors, large sliding window doors with a view of the ocean coastline, and the pool below, air-conditioning, and a large flat screen SMART internet tv. Beautiful, tropical decor throughout the living room, and condo. Very tranquil and peaceful setting with views of the coastal trees and ocean. Very quiet. Spacious one-bedroom, Queen size mattress, with comfortable bedding, and air-conditioning. It is a delight to sleep in, and wake up and see a view! Also, sliding glass doors that open up to a view and the smells of sea side living. Such a peaceful sleep. The contemporary bathroom has a large overhead shower head, and a window that you can see the view outside while taking a shower in private. You can see out, no one can see in. Hair dryer and safe deposit box also available. Guest access The building is an open access building with 24/7 security with a parking garage underneath the building. There is an elevator. The pool is naturally heated. There is a jacuzzi, basic open air exercise room with weights and bike, ping pong, and a large private patio balcony with table and chairs to relax on and enjoy the views. Other things to note Be cautious when first exiting to the main street the building is on. Motorbikes ride the curve very fast. Electricity is not included in the price.
