A large house with lots of natural light. It has a large and modern shared bathroom. It is close to a supermarket and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants ( a short stroll). It is suitable for independent travellers looking for somewhere comfortable to recharge after a day of exploring Sydney or visiting friends. Train station is 5 mins walk away with direct access to the city. Buses are also available within 5 mins walk. It is comfortable with all amenities needed when away from home. It is ideally suited for people who want to explore Sydney as there is easy access via public transport to Sydneys popular spots. A large kitchen for cooking (must be cleaned after use). I generally leave for work early in the morning so the kitchen is free during the day for your use. There is a large range of cheap and good-quality cafes and restaurants in the area. The room is fully furnished with Queen Size bed with fresh bedding, bedside tables and space in the draws and to hang your clothes. The large clean bathroom is clean and has a bath and shower. There is a second bathroom if needed. Happy if you are a smoker but you must smoke outside. There is free wi-fi access for guest use Many travelers who have stayed have commented on the easy access to public transport as there is a train station 5 mins walk away. A quick walk up the road also gives you access to a range of restaurants and cafes featuring a wide variety of food styles as well as a large supermarket on the corner. I work during the day mon-fri so am out all day so you get to have the place to yourself during the day. I have a big friendly dog "Wally" who spends most of his time outdoors. The kitchen is available to make breakfast, snacks and to heat meals. It is not available for cooking in the evenings. The living room is my space, but have you access to excellent internet to watch shows in your room. There are a number of chill-out spaces both inside and outside that you are welcome to spend time in.
