Welcome to our holiday home in the hills! We often come here when we need a whiff of fresh air, soothing views of the lake and endless skies. Whether you're looking to spend time with yourself or with friends and family, our little home that we've built with love, brick by brick, is sure to make you feel fulfilled. The space Our beautiful home is situated on a 1.75 acres of fenced plot on the banks of Bhatghar Dam. It has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, 1 small bedroom with access to one of the bathroom via a separate door, drawing and dining hall with floor cushions, bean bags and a single bed, a huge balcony that everyone hangs out on all the time and a gorgeous gazebo when you need some alone time. The weather is excellent and the surrounding area is green all year round. When you book with us, this is what you can expect in your package - 1. Early check in and late checkout (if available, please check in advance) 2. Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast 3. Unlimited Tea & Coffee 4. Bonfire can be arranged on prior notice free of cost 5. Barbecue stand can be arranged if you wish to cook your own snacks Important - please read : 1. Please treat the house like it's your own and take good care of it. We want you to come back and enjoy the beauty and cleanliness. 2. Carry cash in case you need to buy some groceries or take extra snacks (you can pay the cook directly for anything extra). Cards don't work in the village. 3. Only Reliance jio network comes at the farm house and it's not strong enough for office work, it can be patchy depending on the weather. We suggest you enjoy the break from the internet. :) 4. We only prepare fresh food with local ingredients, so the menu is limited but the food is delicious. Please tell us if you don't want spicy food. 5. Please be careful if you go to the lake. It's safe for those who know how to swim well. Otherwise it has sudden depths that can be dangerous for non swimmers. 6. Please leave as less garbage as possible (We will really appreciate it if you carry your plastic waste back with you because there is only organic decomposition system in the village right now). 7. Extra snacks can be ordered and are chargeable. 8. While we have inverter in case of power cut, sometimes during heavy rains, trees fall in the hills and electricity lines get damaged which take time to fix. We suggest you carry power banks. Other things to note The last 100 mtrs of the road towards the gate of the house is not in the best condition but vehicles can go easily nevertheless (you'll see a board that says Jayatpad, take the road to the left that goes up the hill). You've reached once you see a bright green roof and grey walls to your right. Honk at the gate and the caretaker will open it for you to park inside.
