This exclusive houseboat features 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a spacious seating area including a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The space The entrance is on street level where you will enter separate elegant dining room overlooking the canal with a dining table for 4 people. From there you have access to the large living room via wide stairs where you will find fully equipped open kitchen with fridge and freezer. In this large living room you will find a spacious seating area including a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Via the hallway you will find a lovely separate bathroom is fitted with a bath tub/shower, separate shower and double sink. The houseboat has a separate toilet with access from the hallway. Via the hallway you will enter the main bedroom with King-size bed and access to the large terrace at the bow of the houseboat. The second bedroom with a Queen-size bed is in the bow of the houseboat. The wardrobe is in the main bedroom. The second terrace is located at the back of the Houseboat near the entrance. *** Because of COVID19 we are using an extra careful cleaning regimen with extra attention to doorknobs, keys, light switches etc. Let's keep each other safe and healthy! *** Guest access Please note that local rules of the municipality requires that guest(s) rent a non-self-contained part of the property with designated bedroom(s). Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidentals. Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.
