The apartment is however very well soundproofed thanks to double windows with double glazing, which allows you to enjoy good comfort inside. Guests sensitive to noise in the city center can nevertheless bring earplugs as a precaution. Please respect the quietness in the common areas of the building, especially during late returns, in order to preserve the tranquility of other residents. Regarding parking, as the accommodation is located in a pedestrian zone, it is not possible to park directly in front of the building. However, there are several parking options nearby: • The Esplanade des Parcs, about a 10-minute walk away, offers many free spaces as well as some paid areas. • Outdoor parking at Carré Amelot, about a 5-minute walk, is free on Sundays and public holidays, as well as Monday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. The rest of the time, it is paid (about €5 for 2 hours).
