Nice and practical studio in the heart of Liege! The space The 38m² accommodation is entirely furnished and fitted. The main room has a kitchen and a sofa. There’s also a double bed shrewdly separated from the rest of the apartment. The bathroom and WC are separated. It is in a calm environment and is really nice to live in. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer is also available, only on demand (with extra fees). The accomodation has a good wifi connection. The wifi is shared with another apartment in the building. Guest access The accommodation is located in the first floor, accessible by stairs. Other things to note Thanks in advance for informing ZE Agency about your planned arrival hour. We will send you confirmation of your reservation as well as the exact address of the agency and of the accommodation. Arrival/Departure: extra fees of €25 and €35 will be charged for any arrival after 8:00PM and 11:00PM. A surplus of €25 will be charged for any departure before 8:00AM. Spare beds and child beds’ are available on request and they have to be confirmed by the agency. The number of people in the accommodation cannot exceed the number of people indicated on the booking confirmation.
