Please women only, as this is in my mother's backyard. There's peaceful, shared landscaped back yard. There is lots of space to have plenty of privacy. The space Wifi is shared with the main house, a smart TV is available for you to log into your Neflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Well stocked kitchen with most everything you need for preparing meals. Coffee maker, French press is available. 2 rooms with queen beds, large comfortable sectional. Bedrooms and sitting area upstairs conveniently seperate from main living/dining/kitchen space. Guest access There is a large open living, kitchen and dining space. As well as a large bathroom with laundry. Upstairs, separate from the downstairs living area, there is another sitting area perfect for reading and studying. Outside your share the backyard with my parents, who live in the seperate main house. During your stay We are available for advice on what to do around town, or please feel free to contact us if you feel like there are any amenities you feel we are lacking. If you see us, or my mom in the back yard please say hi. She is also happy to help with day to day issues. Other things to note This apt is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to study or stay. Looking for quiet, considerable tenants. There is a neighboring studio apartment in the guesthouse as well. We frequently enjoy hosting travel nurses and other professionals. This is a shared apartment with the potential for another female tenant.
