Private bedroom with its own entrance and bathroom on 9.5 acre secluded and wooded lot. Located conveniently 1 mile from US-33/US-50/OH-32 and 12 minutes from Athens. Room has it's own refrigerator and microwave. Room is clean, non-smoking. The deck is quiet and peaceful, with rarely any wind. There are some trails on the property through the trees if you want to go for walk. Bathroom shower has a built in seat. The space What I like most about my place is the location. The property sits down in a bowl and it's almost always calm. Most evenings around dusk you can hear owls and sometimes tree frogs. Other than that it is a very quiet property. I personally built the house and tiny house on the property. If I am around I would be happy to give a tour of the Tiny House if you are interested. Guest access The guests will have access to the their room and the deck to which it is attached. I do have some trails that go through the woods. If it's been raining they will be pretty muddy. During your stay The best way to get a hold of me is with text. I would be happy to talk with the guests on most occasions if they wanted me to.
