Facilities include TV, free wifi, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and private off street parking. Located just off the M5, 15 mins from Exeter city centre and 5 minutes drive from the estuary town of Topsham and Sandy Park, home of Exeter Chiefs. Darts Farm award winning farm shop & café and the estuary cycle path are just a few minutes walk away as is the George & Dragon pub. The space A bright and spacious bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and ensuite with large walk in shower. COVID 19 information: I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
