The space The entrance to the house is located in a quiet and characteristic courtyard. The division of spaces and the arrangement of furnishings within the open space have been designed to give the guest an enchanting sea view from any point in the house. The house, in addition to the comforts present in the "generous" 25 sqm interior, offers a large terrace of the same size. The horizontal roller blinds and electric awning, when open, leave room for only the views from the sea.
